Seems to be doing a lot better at the moment. Everything snapped into place on screen as fast as I can recall seeing. I'm hoping that means the problem(s) is/are fixed

Hmm, yeah, I got a "host not responding" error earlier when trying to access the Revver home page. Got through on the 2nd attempt. Anyway, maybe the 500 error was unrelated to what you were doing with your profile and was more of a load issue (or other problem) on their side.

We are trying to get our episodes up on Revver and it is taking forever to get them uploaded.

Not only that but it seems that trying to navigate the site takes a really long time, the load times are very long.

Anyone else had this problem?

is there anyway to view your profile as a "viewer" would see it?
I don't see this option anywhere...

I just got the "500 Error a.k.a. Something Broke" myself while attempting to go to the Revver site. I've also seen the "There was an error processing your request ... Error 1002" on multiple videos both on and off the Revver site. In both cases refreshing my browser seems to solve to problem most of the time, but of course it's not a good thing as we can't count on all of the viewers to keep refreshing their browsers.

I sent an email to support@revver.com with a screen capture of the the "Error 1002" screen and a description of the problems and got a reply - Looks like some database corruption, they're working on it, should be fixed by tommorrow or so, let 'em know if I am still seeing it then. Maybe related to your problem.

... oops just saw your latest post as I was previewing mine. Glad it worked for you. Not sure if that means it's all fixed now or if you just got lucky

I have tried to add information to the "tell us about you" section of the profile, yet every time I enter this information and click "Save Preferences" i get this awesome message

The error report has been logged and our crack team of engineers have put their game of Virtua Fighter 5 on hold so they can fix it.

proudfoot,

Could you run a tracert for us?

In Windows, hit the Windows Key + R (or go to the Start Menu and select "Run").

Type cmd.

When the cmd window comes up, type "tracert httpupload.revver.com" (no quotes).

This will show you the route your packets take to get to our upload server. Once it's done, right click and select "Mark" and click and drag the selection box over all the routes. Once they're selected, it's automatically put in your clipboard, so just come back here and paste the results.

Let me know if you have any questions or if you need instructions for a different OS.

Sorry for the delay. It's not a backlog this time, it's a bug in the ad pairing that is holding these back. We're working on it and they should be up shortly.

Thanks Guys!

It was great to read others thoughts on the subject. I too am sticking it out. I really like the player I feel invested.

My videos are still taking quite a bit of time, right now I'm approaching a 10th hour. I think my work flow juts led to immediacy and I'm going to need to do a bit more pre-planning! LOL
